When you book through our website, our booking provider collects your name, contact details, and the service requested. When you email us, we receive whatever you choose to share. We do not ask for personal information beyond what is needed to confirm your appointment.

Your information is used to confirm and prepare for your appointment, to follow up after your visit, and to maintain a record of services for safe colour and treatment work. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Photography
Photographs of clients on our lookbook and Instagram are shared only with explicit permission. If you would like a photo of your hair removed, contact us at studio@aurelia-salon.example and we will take it down.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted at any time. PIPEDA gives you the right to request access to your personal information held by a Canadian organization. To make a request, email studio@aurelia-salon.example.
